A new resolution was passed on 22/1/2017 unanimously by the managing committee to reimburse medical expenses as following :- 1. Medical relief up to a total of Rs 25,000/- per annum to any member (and his direct family) of Jagruti Mandal. 2. Education aid Maximum Rs 30,000 or actual whichever is lower per family per annum w.e.f. 02.06.2018. 3. All the above reliefs will be through an approval of management committee of the Mandal. 4. This resolution would be effective from 22/1/2017 onwards.

The Medical camp as well as Chaitri Havan was organized at Shri Thatia Bhatia Panchayat, Plot no. 62, Sanghavi Scheme layout, Near Kandivali Railway Station, Vasanji Lalji Road, KamlaNehru Cross Road no. 1, Kandivali (W), Mumbai – 400067 on 21.04.2019.

Medical Camp and Havan Timing was 3.00 pm onwards. Shrifal hom Vano time was 5.30 pm and Mahaprasad time was 7.00 pm onwards.

All the members joined to help the coming participants & coordinating doctors for the regular health check up like blood test – blood-sugar –hemoglobin, BMI, and BLOOD PRESSURE etc.

Simultaneously, religious activity Havan was performed by Mrs. Binitaben Shroff and Mr. Shaileshbhai Shroff on behalf of Shri Surati Modh Vanik Jagruti Mandal Mumbai. They have done the pooja from every corner of the heart for the betterment and blessings of all the members of the mandal. Mandal also wish this charming couple many more years of marital bliss, good health, wealth and prosperity. Along with these couple, Joint ChairWomen Mrs. Prabhavatiben Patel and nearly 138 members joined for the pooja as well as aarti.

All the members enjoyed delicious dinner with Aam Ras Puri, Corn Samosa, Thaat Idli, Veg. Hong Kong sabji, Kaju Karela sabji, Surati Daal, Rice, etc.

Many members donated generously to the Jagruti Mandal on that day.

Jagruti Mandal thanks Mr. Dineshbhai Dadarwala (President) for making arrangements of the doctors for health check up.

Jagruti Mandal thanks Mr. Shaileshbhai for making arrangements of hall, pooja items like ghee, flowers, prasad etc and Last, but not the least, main item for food i.e. Caterer.

Jagruti Mandal also thanks Mr. Bharatbhai Randeria (Secretary), Mr. Sanjaybhai Khatiwala (Treasurer), Mr. Shirishbhai Randeria and Mr. Mukeshbhai for registering the coming patients /members, as well as to receive the donation.

Jagruti Mandal also thanks Mrs. Jagruti Asmani for inviting members for giving donations.

Jagruti Mandal appreciate the presence of our Founder Mr. Navnitbhai Wankawala and Mrs. Sohiniben Wankawala as well as our Immediate Past President (IPP) Mr. Nayanbhai Khambhati.

Jagruti Mandal thanks Mr. Bharatbhai Randeria for the announcement of the picnic and for giving Vote of thanks speech.
