AGENDA OF THE MEETING: To read & confirm the minutes of the last meeting. To adopt the Audited Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure A/c. and Auditors Report for the Financial Year ended on 31.03.2016. To adopt the report of the Managing Committee on working of the Mandal. To appoint the Auditors for the F.Y. 2016-2017 & fix their remuneration. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
