Republic Day Celebrations with the Kids of Dhamdachi Piru Fadia Prathmeek Shaala - 2016 | Shri Surati Modh Vanik Jagruti Mandal - Mumbai

Republic Day Celebrations with the Kids of Dhamdachi Piru Fadia Prathmeek Shaala – 2016

With the advent of Republic Day (26Th January) patriotism is always at its peak. What better way to celebrate it than to spend it with the kids evolving to be the future of India.

Like every year, the Management & Kids of Dhamdachi Piru Fadia Prathmeek Shaala had organized a beautiful program that was equally motivating, patriotic & entertaining.

The school was established by our fellow mandal member LATE DR BABUBHAI DHABUWALA. In the year 1975, he started the ceremony of Flag hoisting on each & every republic day. It was his idea, vision & ideology that the villagers have embraced and which till today they value, cherish & worship. While sitting among the audience one cannot help but notice in awe the immense love & respect the villagers have for Dr. Dhabuwala.

Since the very inception of our mandal, every year Dr Dhabuwala invited our mandal for the Republic Day celebrations at the school. Like every year, we continued our tradition & this year Shri Sanjay Arun Khatiwala & Smt Deepa Sanjay Khatiwala represented our mandal on behalf of the committee.

The event commenced with “The Flag Hoisting Ceremony” followed by wonderful performances by young bright minds of India. The event was concluded by a lip-smacking lunch organized by the Dhabuwala family at their vaadi.

During the event as per the unanimous decision of the working committee Rs 5000/- cash was donated to the school on behalf of the mandal.
